Chef Monica Rossi was born and raised in Italy and spent more than 30 years working with Italian food and hospitality before bringing her experience to Arizona. Mamma Monica gives local customers a taste of the cooking that shaped our family: patiently prepared sauces, familiar ingredients and recipes meant to bring people together.
